1. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website.
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only.
You may not use the Website in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
2. Intellectual Property
The content, graphics, and other materials on the Website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any of the content without our prior written consent.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit or upload to the Website.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
4. Google Calendar Integration
Capture offers an optional calendar synchronisation feature that allows field installers to connect their Google Calendar account. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorise Capture to:

  • Create calendar events corresponding to your scheduled installation bookings.
  • Update those events when booking details change (including date, time, status, or location).
  • Delete those events when a booking is cancelled.
  • Read your calendar list to identify the correct calendar to sync to.
  • Receive notifications when you edit or delete a synced event in Google Calendar so Capture can reflect that change.

This integration is entirely opt-in. You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes Capture’s access and removes all events we have written to your calendar.
Capture’s use of Google Calendar data is limited to the purposes described above. We do not read, store, or use any personal calendar events that you have created yourself. Our use of data received through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, available at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be read below.
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liabilities related to your use of the Website.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

By using the Capture Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Capture Website Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 06/07/2026
This Privacy Policy outlines how Capture (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and platform (“Website”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws in Australia.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or using the platform.
  • Usage Information: Information about your interactions with the Website, such as your IP address, device type, browser, and browsing behaviour.
  • Google Calendar Data: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar account, we access the data described in Section 5 below.

2. How We Use Your Information
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and improve our services.
  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
  • To personalise your experience on our Website.
  • To analyse and monitor usage patterns.

3. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your personal information to:

  • Our trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Website and providing our services, including Nylas Inc., which we use to facilitate the Google Calendar integration described in Section 5.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our Website. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
5. Google Calendar Integration and Google User Data
Capture offers an optional calendar synchronisation feature for field installers. When you connect your Google Calendar, we access your Google account data as follows:
What we access:

  • Your Google Calendar list, to identify the calendar you wish to sync to.
  • Calendar events that Capture has created, to update or delete them when your bookings change.

What we write to your calendar:

  • We create, update, and delete calendar events that correspond to your installation bookings in Capture. These events contain booking titles, dates and times, site addresses, booking status, and a link back to the relevant job in Capture.

How we use this data:
Google Calendar data is used solely to keep your Capture booking schedule accurate and up to date in your personal calendar. We do not use your Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the calendar sync feature.
What we do not do:
We do not read, store, analyse, or share any personal calendar events that you have created yourself. We only interact with events that Capture has written. We do not transfer your Google user data to third parties except to Nylas Inc., which processes it solely to perform the calendar sync on our behalf and is bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
Data retention:
We store your Google OAuth access token (encrypted) for as long as your calendar connection is active. When you disconnect your calendar, we delete the stored token and revoke access immediately.
Revoking access:
You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your Capture account settings. You may also revoke access directly through your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting removes all events Capture has written to your calendar.
Compliance:
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
6. Third-Party Links
